Job Responsibilities: As an HR Executive at Chase Value, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing, collecting, and updating the required data to process payroll for branch staff and Branch Management.
- Sharing consolidated data of left staff with the Head Office on a monthly basis.
- Disbursing salary, commission, and other incentives for the entire branch.
- Maintaining weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual headcounts and generating and publishing reports.
- Conducting interviews for walk-in candidates visiting branches, maintaining recruitment sheets, and generating a talent pool for future hiring.
- Creating employee IDs for new staff and managing their biometric attendance using SMART HCM.
- Conducting HR investigations at the branch level for staff grievances and taking essential actions as per defined SOPs.
- Conducting exit interviews for resigned staff.
- Liaising with government officials for smooth submission processes (EOBI, PESSI, Labor Department, etc.).
- Processing welfare claims in coordination with the HO-Welfare department as per defined policy.
- Conducting orientation and training sessions for new staff about policies and procedures in the workplace.
- Preparing turnover/retention ratio reports on a monthly basis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR functions.
- Strong organizational and data management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling sensitive employee information.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
