Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers within the territory.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, gather market intelligence, and provide product knowledge and training to retailers.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze market trends to identify areas for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional activities and campaigns in the assigned territory.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and competitive landscape.
- Represent Dawlance at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers.
- Passion for sales and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
