Job Title: Senior Manager Finance

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Manager Finance, you will lead the hospital’s financial operations with responsibilities that include:
- Financial Reporting:
➤ Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
➤ Supervise month-end closings and account reconciliations. - ERP and Data Integrity:
➤ Ensure seamless ERP data accuracy and system integration for efficient reporting.
➤ Support ERP customization and process improvements. - Strategic Financial Support:
➤ Provide data-driven insights to top management for decision-making.
➤ Conduct variance analysis and cost-benefit evaluations for new initiatives. - Audit and Compliance:
➤ Maintain detailed financial documentation for internal and external audits.
➤ Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards. - Collaboration:
➤ Coordinate with various departments to gather inputs and align financial reporting.
➤ Support strategic planning and budgeting activities across functions.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Educational & Professional Qualification:
- CA (Qualified)
- CA Finalist or ACCA (Member)
Work Experience:
- 5 to 7 years of total relevant experience.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years in a senior financial management role.
- Preferably in a hospital or large corporate environment.
🧠 Skills & Competencies Required
- Strong command of IFRS and Pakistan Tax Laws
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP or any large-scale customized ERP systems
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, dashboards, and financial reporting tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- High attention to detail, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple priorities
