Job Description: As a Senior HSE Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within our organization. Your responsibilities will include conducting risk assessments, developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures, and providing training to employees on HSE best practices. Additionally, you will be responsible for investigating incidents and accidents, identifying root causes, and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HSE management.
- NEBOSH certification is required.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
