Requirements:

• BBA/MBA in HRM from a reputable university.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

1. HR Initiatives & Systems:
   • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems to enhance organizational effectiveness.
2. Policy Counseling:
   • Provide counseling to employees on HR policies and procedures, ensuring a clear understanding and adherence.
3. Probation Cycle Management:
   • Ensure the initiation of the probation cycle within the specified time frame.
4. Information Compilation:
   • Compile and present information as per the instructions of the Line Manager.
5. Employee Recognition:
   • Coordinate monthly employee recognition programs with respective line managers for feedback and nominations.
6. Employee Engagement:
   • Organize employee engagement activities in alignment with the Line Manager’s instructions.
7. Disciplinary and Grievances:
   • Provide support in managing disciplinary and grievance issues in collaboration with management.
8. Attendance & Leave Management:
   • Maintain employee attendance and leave management according to company policies.
9. Team Collaboration:
   • Work effectively as a team member, collaborating with other members of management and HR staff.
10. Ad Hoc Tasks:
    • Undertake any other relevant tasks as per the instructions of the Line Manager.
