Position: Officer – HR Operations Location: Islamabad
Requirements:
- BBA/MBA in HRM from a reputable university.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- HR Initiatives & Systems:
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Policy Counseling:
- Provide counseling to employees on HR policies and procedures, ensuring a clear understanding and adherence.
- Probation Cycle Management:
- Ensure the initiation of the probation cycle within the specified time frame.
- Information Compilation:
- Compile and present information as per the instructions of the Line Manager.
- Employee Recognition:
- Coordinate monthly employee recognition programs with respective line managers for feedback and nominations.
- Employee Engagement:
- Organize employee engagement activities in alignment with the Line Manager’s instructions.
- Disciplinary and Grievances:
- Provide support in managing disciplinary and grievance issues in collaboration with management.
- Attendance & Leave Management:
- Maintain employee attendance and leave management according to company policies.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work effectively as a team member, collaborating with other members of management and HR staff.
- Ad Hoc Tasks:
- Undertake any other relevant tasks as per the instructions of the Line Manager.
