  • Education: Bachelors in Agriculture or Business.
  • Experience: 0-2 years. Candidates with relevant experience in the field of agri-business, preferably in fertilizers, pesticides, or seeds, are encouraged to apply.

Overall Responsibilities:

As a TSO (Territory Sales Officer) at Engro Fertilizers Ltd, you will play a crucial role in achieving company objectives related to sales, market development, cost controls, and profit maximization. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, organizing, and coordinating activities to develop an efficient network of dealers and warehouses in the assigned area.
  • Ensuring operations align with Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies and guidelines.
  • Conducting operations in compliance with company policies, procedures, business ethics standards, and legal requirements.
  • Executing sales of products like Zarkhez and Zingro in line with the approved Sales Plan for the assigned territory.
  • Monitoring market shares and expenses, as well as supporting Business Development Officers (BDOs) in sales strategy development.
  • Efficiently planning travel routes for comprehensive territory coverage.
  • Forecasting sales demand and coordinating inventory planning with relevant teams.
  • Strengthening and expanding the dealer network, including the selection of new dealers based on the agreed strategy.
  • Ensuring effective display of product materials at dealers’ outlets.
  • Coordinating with BDOs for implementing social contributions and farmer engagement activities.
  • Ensuring product consumption targets are met and representing the company in governmental interactions related to agriculture.
  • Participating in Six Sigma activities and achieving planned objectives for the assigned area.
