Position Overview: Merchandise Coordinator
As a Merchandise Coordinator at BEECHTREE, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless coordination of product development, sourcing, and vendor management. Your expertise in product costing, market research, and negotiation will contribute to the success and growth of our retail operations. We are seeking candidates with a strong background in retail, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of excellence.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Product Costing: Proficiency in product costing to ensure accurate pricing and profitability.
- Product Development & Sampling: Knowledge of product development processes and experience in managing sampling procedures.
- Retail Accessories: Familiarity with retail accessories and established contacts with local vendors.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills to foster effective communication and collaboration.
- Sourcing & Negotiation: Experience in sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to secure the best quality and price for products.
- Market Research: Ability to conduct market research and network effectively to identify trends and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum Graduation.
- Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in the retail sector, preferably in a similar role.
- Salary: Market Competitive.
