Position Overview:
- Job Title: Senior Executive Operations
- Location: Karachi
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institute
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience with the subject “Senior Executive Operations”
Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Executive in Operations at Hilal, you will be responsible for a range of crucial tasks, including:
- Lead Generation to Sales Strategy: Oversee the entire spectrum, from lead generation to formulating effective sales strategies.
- Incentives Management: Prepare and initiate monthly incentives for the Sales Team and ensure timely disbursements.
- Sales Automation: Implement and manage sales automation processes for increased efficiency.
- Training: Conduct training sessions for the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the latest tools and strategies.
- Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics to monitor sales targets, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement.
- Communication Bridge: Act as a communication bridge between the Sales and IT teams, addressing new developments, issues, and master data updates related to sales systems.
- Target Compilation: Follow up and collect targets from regional teams, compile them, and ensure accurate uploading in SAP/Sales Flo.
Qualifications and Skills: To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institute.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in operations, preferably in a sales-focused environment.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a dynamic team environment.
- Proficiency in SAP/Sales Flo would be an advantage.
