Job Overview:
As a Branch Manager at JS Bank, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing the operations and performance of your branch. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving business growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering a culture of excellence within your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead and inspire your team to achieve branch targets and deliver exceptional customer service experiences.
- Business Development: Drive business growth by identifying opportunities for expanding the customer base, cross-selling products, and maximizing revenue.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth branch operations, adherence to regulatory guidelines, and implementation of bank policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Branch Manager in the banking industry is required.
- Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized University is essential. A Master’s degree will be preferred.
- Location: Positions are available in Karachi, Daska, Kharian, Sambrial, and Mandi Bahudin, offering diverse opportunities across different regions.
