Position: Demand & Supply Manager

Location: Fairways Commercial Phase 6 DHA, Lahore

Education: Masters

Experience: 5 to 10 years

Nature of Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, and/or demand planning
  • Proven experience in inventory and demand management
  • Knowledge of forecasting and replenishment methodologies

Critical Responsibilities:

  1. Integrated Demand and Supply Plans: Develop and execute integrated demand and supply plans to meet customer service expectations, inventory targets, and cost objectives.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, logistics, and operations teams to ensure supply meets customer demand effectively.
  3. Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor metrics to measure performance and identify areas of improvement within the supply chain.
  4. Demand Forecasting: Analyze current supply and demand trends to forecast customer requirements accurately and develop plans accordingly.
  5. Inventory Management: Develop and monitor inventory turn goals and objectives to support business objectives effectively.
  6. Supplier Relationships: Develop and maintain close relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials, fostering a collaborative environment.
  7. Customer Service: Analyze and respond to customer service issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  8. Regulatory Compliance: Monitor supply chain activities to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  9. Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  10. S&OP Processes: Act as the custodian of Group S&OP processes, ensuring alignment and efficiency across the organization.
