As a Treasury Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing the company’s financial assets and ensuring optimal cash flow management. This entry-level position offers a great opportunity for individuals interested in starting a career in treasury and finance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of the company’s cash flow, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting.
- Monitor daily bank balances, cash positions, and liquidity needs.
- Execute cash management activities, such as cash pooling, cash concentration, and cash transfers.
- Prepare cash flow projections and perform variance analysis.
- Assist in the management of banking relationships and negotiations of banking services.
- Monitor and analyze foreign exchange rates and assist in hedging activities.
- Prepare and review treasury-related reports, such as cash position reports and liquidity forecasts.
- Assist in the coordination of treasury operations, including payments, collections, and investment activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support treasury-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in treasury management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of financial markets, banking products, and treasury operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
