Position Overview
Role: Manager Quality Control
Qualification: Textile Graduate
Experience: 10-15 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 5 years in women’s apparel
Location: S.I.T.E Area, Karachi
Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Textile or related field.
- Experience: Extensive background with 10-15 years of experience in quality control, specifically within women’s apparel.
- Specialization: In-depth knowledge of woven Eastern wear and women’s apparel specifications.
- Skills: Strong coordination and leadership abilities to manage a quality control team effectively.
Job Description
As the Manager Quality Control at Sana Safinaz, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing product quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the quality control team, providing guidance and a structured approach to identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with technical, development, and production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Monitoring Operations: Oversee all operations that impact product quality, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Defect Management: Implement measures to keep the percentage of defects to a minimum, ensuring finished products meet stringent quality benchmarks.
