Job Summary
As the Regional Head Retail Banking Business, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the retail banking operations in your assigned region. This key leadership role involves driving the retail banking business, ensuring customer satisfaction, and optimizing the performance of retail banking products and services. You will collaborate with various teams within the bank and work towards enhancing the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Retail Banking Operations: Lead retail banking activities within the region, ensuring effective implementation of business strategies.
- Enhance Customer Experience: Focus on improving the customer service experience by introducing efficient solutions and services tailored to customer needs.
- Optimize Business Performance: Drive retail banking growth, product development, and sales, aiming to meet financial goals and performance metrics.
- Team Leadership: Oversee the team within the region, offering guidance, leadership, and mentorship to ensure that all targets are met efficiently.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other business units to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and strategies.
Requirements
- Education: A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: A proven track record of 10+ years of experience in retail banking with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to manage large teams and multiple tasks.
