📌 Position Overview

Role Title: Analyst/Senior Analyst, Complaint Management Unit
Location: Lahore & Karachi
Department: Compliance & Controls Group
Position Type: Full-Time

As an Analyst/Senior Analyst in the Complaint Management Unit, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer complaints, ensuring that the bank maintains a high level of customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with other departments to identify the root causes of complaints and propose solutions to prevent recurrence.


🎓 Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

  • Education:
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CFA) will be a plus.
  • Experience:
    • 2-5 years of experience in complaint management, customer service, or compliance-related roles, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills to assess complaints and identify underlying issues.
    • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
    • Problem-solving abilities to resolve issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with customer management systems.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

As the Analyst/Senior Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints, ensuring compliance with the bank’s internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinating with various departments (e.g., customer service, operations, legal) to address complaints and implement solutions.
  • Tracking and reporting complaint resolution metrics to senior management, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Implementing process improvements in the complaint handling process to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring that all customer interactions are handled professionally and in accordance with the bank’s values.
  • Maintaining accurate records of complaints, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
