Key Responsibilities:
As a Universal Services Officer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting various banking operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Assistance: Assisting customers with their banking needs, including deposits, withdrawals, account inquiries, and transactions.
- Product Promotion: Promoting MCB’s range of banking products and services to meet customer needs and enhance their banking experience.
- Documentation Handling: Managing and processing customer documentation accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Cash Management: Handling cash transactions accurately and securely, while maintaining strict adherence to cash handling procedures.
- Compliance and Security: Ensuring compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines, and maintaining a safe and secure banking environment for customers and staff.
Location and Opportunities:
This position is available across Pakistan, offering opportunities for individuals in various cities and regions to join MCB’s dynamic team. We welcome fresh candidates as well as experienced professionals with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
