Position Overview:

We are looking for a driven and dynamic individual to help us expand our presence in international markets. If you have a proven track record of fostering global customer relationships and are ready to take the lead in the FMCG industry, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- International Market Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of international markets to identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the Food & Beverage sector.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with international customers, distributors, and partners.
- Business Development: Lead the charge in exploring new markets, developing strategies, and executing plans to increase export sales.
- Exhibition and Trade Shows: Represent Shangrila at international exhibitions and trade shows, showcasing our products and building brand presence.
- Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives in international markets.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Sales/Marketing.
- 6 to 10 years of experience in a well-structured FMCG company, with a preference for the Food & Beverage industry.
- Proven track record of international business development and travel for business meetings and exhibitions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
