🛡️ Role Mission
As Manager – Security Hardening & Configuration, you’ll engineer impenetrable systems across MCB’s digital ecosystem. Your expertise will ensure servers, networks, and applications are fortified against breaches—safeguarding 20M+ customers and national financial stability.
⚙️ Core Responsibilities

🔧 Qualifications & Skills
Education
-
Mandatory: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Network Engineering.

Certifications: CISSP, CCSP, RHCE, or Microsoft Certified: Security Engineer.
Experience

5–7 years in infrastructure security, including:

3+ years leading hardening/config management in banking/fintech.

Proven work with SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection tools.
