Position: Manager Quality Assurance
Role Description: As the Manager Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to ISO standards, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing quality assurance processes, managing laboratory operations, handling customer complaints, and implementing procedures to drive continuous improvement. This multifaceted role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of quality management principles.
Qualification:
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Total Quality Management (TQM) or a Master of Science (M.Sc) in Quality and Productivity Management (QPM).
Relevant Experience:
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in quality assurance roles, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
Skills:
- Proficiency in ISO 9001 standards
- Experience in writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Ability to conduct quality audits and implement Statistical Quality Control (SQC) measures
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Strong background in quality control processes
