Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays On), 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Coordinator to lead our projects and teams. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that development teams adhere to agile values and practices. Your duties will include facilitating meetings, gathering and analyzing requirements, making decisions, and removing impediments to team progress.
Responsibilities:
- Use agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
- Determine and manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
- Schedule and facilitate scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
- Monitor progress and team performance, assisting teams in making improvements.
- Plan and organize demos and product/system testing.
- Ensure the proper use of collaborative processes and remove impediments for the team.
- Track project processes and deliverables.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Job Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to deliver solutions.
- Excellent people and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
