Job Description: As a Manager People & OD at Sapphire, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization’s HR strategies and processes. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, designing HR frameworks to meet organizational needs, managing the performance appraisal system, and contributing to our change management and culture reform initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Design and implement HR frameworks that align with the organization’s objectives and growth.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that encourages and rewards high performance.
- Supervise the succession management process to identify and develop future leaders.
- Contribute to the change management process to facilitate smooth transitions and improvements.
- Play a key role in facilitating organization culture reforms to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Masters or Bachelors in HR.
- Experience: 8 – 10 years of relevant experience in a large manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to drive change and promote a positive organizational culture.
