As part of our expansion plans, we are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the central region.
Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations in Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, and Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for the central region to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, making data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6-10 years of prior experience in a similar sales management role.
- Preferably an MBA or Master’s degree in a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
