Position Overview: Manager Accounts

As the Manager Accounts at Sapphire’s Diamond Fabrics Limited, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing financial operations. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all accounting processes. We are seeking candidates with a strong background in accounting, proven leadership skills, and a commitment to driving excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  2. Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the accounting team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  4. Financial Analysis: Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  5. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance accounting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  6. Audit Coordination: Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion and resolution of audit findings.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certification (e.g., CA, ACCA) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite. Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Location: The position is based at the Corporate Office in Lahore, Pakistan.
