Job Overview
As the Manager Fabric & Process Quality, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of fabric quality and processing efficiency. You will be responsible for evaluating and maintaining quality control processes, implementing improvements, and leading a team of quality assurance professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control procedures for fabric and processing.
- Conduct inspections and audits to identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor quality assurance staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Art (BA); Bachelor’s in Textile is preferred.
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in fabric and processing quality management within the fashion industry.
- Strong knowledge of fabric types, dyeing, printing, and finishing processes.
- Proven track record of implementing quality improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
