Responsibilities:
As a Field Auditor, you will play a crucial role in upholding operational standards and ensuring adherence to company policies. Here are the key responsibilities:
- Conduct On-Site Audits: Perform thorough audits of operational procedures and internal controls at various locations to ensure compliance with established standards and company policies.
- Evaluate Risk Management Processes: Assess the effectiveness of risk management processes and identify areas for enhancement to mitigate potential risks and strengthen internal controls.
- Investigate Discrepancies: Investigate any discrepancies or irregularities uncovered during audits, and recommend appropriate corrective actions to address issues and prevent recurrence.
- Travel Requirements: Travel to different locations as required to conduct audits and provide on-site support, ensuring comprehensive coverage across all operational areas.
Requirements:
To thrive in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, providing a strong foundation for auditing principles and practices.
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in auditing, preferably in a field audit capacity, showcasing a track record of delivering effective audit results and driving continuous improvement.
- Auditing Expertise: Sound knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and standards, combined with the ability to apply analytical thinking and attention to detail in audit processes.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify root causes of issues and recommend practical solutions.
