Key Responsibilities:
- System Knowledge: Demonstrate strong knowledge of Windows and MAC OS to support diverse user needs.
- Network Management: Handle Firewalls, CISCO TP Link Routers, and ensure the seamless functioning of our network infrastructure.
- Video Conferencing: Manage Video Conference systems (Cisco/Huawei) to facilitate effective communication within the organization.
- Telephony Systems: Oversee PBX Exchange systems for streamlined telecommunication.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize expertise in Microsoft Office 365, CCNA, SAP, and Cloud Security for enhanced productivity.
