Meezan Bank Limited, a leading Islamic bank in Pakistan, is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Service Quality Consultants. As a Service Quality Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our service standards are consistently met. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and contributing to the growth of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure service quality and compliance with established standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of branch operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify trends and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Collaborate with branch managers and employees to implement service quality initiatives and training programs.
  • Develop and maintain service quality metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze the results to identify areas of improvement.
  • Provide training and coaching to branch staff on service quality standards and best practices.
  • Assist in resolving complex customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in service quality management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Service Management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and productivity software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to work in Karachi, Pakistan on a full-time and permanent basis.
