Requirements:
- Pharm-D from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in conducting literature surveys of new products.
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing trial batches and BMRS (Batch Manufacturing Record Sheets).
- Efficiency in handling problems related to product development and process improvements.
- Skilled in devising new processes or refining existing ones to optimize the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities:
- Product Development: Lead and oversee the development of new pharmaceutical products, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Literature Survey: Conduct comprehensive literature surveys to stay abreast of new developments and trends in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Trial Batches: Manage the manufacturing of trial batches, closely monitoring processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Process Optimization: Devise and implement new processes or refine existing ones to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the manufacturing process.
