  • BBA/MBA in Supply Chain Management.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in the retail fashion industry, with a focus on supply chain planning and distribution.

  • Exceptional planning and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in optimizing distribution routes and schedules.
  • Ability to balance production targets, inventory management, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Planning: Analyze sales forecasts, historical data, and market insights to develop precise production plans that meet demand efficiently.
  • Distribution Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute the distribution of company stock to multiple outlets nationwide.
  • Route Optimization: Develop and maintain distribution schedules and routes, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and timely deliveries.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain a delicate balance between production targets, inventory levels, and cost control to ensure smooth operations.
