Position Overview: PR & Protocol Officer

As a PR & Protocol Officer in the Admin department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless travel and accommodation arrangements for our team. Job Responsibilities:

Travel Planning & Booking:

  • Research and compare travel options for both domestic and international trips, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Book travel and accommodation arrangements within budget constraints, following company policies and employee preferences.
  • Proactively manage changes and rebookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

Accommodation Management:

  • Secure corporate rates and negotiate deals with hotels, apartments, and other accommodation providers.
  • Manage pre-bookings and reservations for meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Liaise with hotels and providers to address any issues or discrepancies related to accommodation arrangements.

Budget & Expense Management:

  • Develop and monitor travel budgets for individual employees and departments.
  • Track and analyze travel expenses, identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on travel expenditure.

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding promptly to inquiries and requests regarding travel and accommodation.
  • Clearly explain travel policies and procedures, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Address travel concerns and troubleshoot problems efficiently, offering alternative solutions when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with employees.
