Position: Senior Internal Audit Executive Qualification: CA-Inter/ACMA/ACCA Experience: 0-1 Years Age Limit: 22-30 Years Job Location: 08 Waris Road Lahore

Key Responsibilities:

1. Audit Planning:
   • Plan and execute process-wise audits, including Inventory, Stores, Accessories, and MIS across all locations.
2. Product Costing:
   • Understand, perform, and evaluate product costing for different brands within the organization.
3. Control Evaluations:
   • Assess manual and system-based controls to ensure effective internal controls.
4. Payroll and Tax Compliance:
   • Verify the company’s payroll and ensure timely filing of income tax, sales tax return, EOBI & PESSI data.
5. Vendor Verification:
   • Verify vendors and perform rate verification for all kinds of procurements.
6. Software Proficiency:
   • Have a good understanding of prevailing system software like ERP/SAP/ORACLE.
7. Process Improvement:
   • Understand business processes, identify gaps, and provide recommendations to enhance process controls.
8. Supervision and Verification:
   • Supervise and verify all types of pre-payments, cash/bank reconciliations, and vendors/customers balances.
9. Financial Verification:
   • Verify trial balances periodically and ensure timely posting of all daily vouchers in the system.
