Position Title: Executive – HR Operations

Requirements:
- BBA/MBA – HRM from a reputable University
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities:
- HR Initiative Support: Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems that promote the well-being of our employees.
- Policy and Procedure Counseling: Provide counseling to employees on HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are well-informed.
- Probation Cycle Management: Ensure the initiation of the probation cycle within the specified timeframe and compile and present information as instructed by the Line Manager.
- Employee Recognition: Collaborate with respective line managers to coordinate and manage the monthly employee recognition program, including gathering feedback and nominations.
- Employee Engagement: Organize employee engagement activities as per the instructions of the Line Manager to foster a positive work environment.
- Disciplinary and Grievances: Support in handling disciplinary and grievances issues in line with company policies.
- Attendance and Leave Management: Maintain employee attendance and leave management in accordance with company policy.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively as a team member, collaborating with other members of management and the HR staff.
- Additional Tasks: Undertake any other relevant tasks as instructed by the Line Manager.
