Position Overview:
As an Agri Credit Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the agricultural community by facilitating access to financial resources and promoting sustainable farming practices. You will be responsible for assessing creditworthiness, preparing loan proposals, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards to foster growth and development in the agricultural sector.
Key Details:
- Grade: Up to OGI
- Qualification: Minimum bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Banking, or Marketing, from a recognized institute or reputed foreign institute.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in Agribusiness.
- Location: Across Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Business Targets: Ensure assigned business targets of net growth in the outstanding portfolio are met through proactive engagement and strategic planning.
- Loan Proposal Preparation: Initiate and prepare loan proposals in alignment with the bank’s credit policies and procedures.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise and coordinate with cross-functional departments to streamline processes and expedite loan approvals.
- Compliance: Execute processes in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) regulations to mitigate risk and uphold regulatory compliance.
- CAD Exception Management: Ensure net reduction in Customer Account Documentation (CAD) exceptions by implementing effective risk management practices and operational controls.
