Are you ready to be a part of a dynamic team at Pepsi Northern Bottling Company (Pvt) Ltd.? We are currently seeking a skilled Filler Operator with expertise in SIDEL equipment to join our production team in Peshawar. As a Filler Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operation of our filling machines while upholding the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Operation: Operate SIDEL filling equipment at rated speeds, ensuring smooth production and adherence to quality standards.
- Maintenance: Conduct preventive, autonomous, and breakdown maintenance independently to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Documentation: Maintain daily checklists and logs related to machine operation and maintenance activities.
- Troubleshooting: Perform troubleshooting of filler and mixer issues to minimize downtime.
- Raw Material Handling: Ensure proper handling and documentation of raw materials used in the filling process.
- Sanitation and Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the filling area and production hall.
- Line Operations: Execute start-up, end of production, changeovers, and line closures according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- CIP (Clean-in-Place): Conduct cleaning procedures for PET lines as per SOPs.
- Mixer Operation: Operate mixers according to standard procedures.
- Production Targets: Verify and meet production mandates as per plan while maintaining accurate records.
- Support: Collaborate with Line Supervisor to achieve production targets efficiently and effectively.
Experience Required:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience operating SIDEL filling equipment.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
