Are you a seasoned professional in the field of denim garment sewing production? Are you passionate about achieving production targets, ensuring quality standards, and leading a team to success? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Crescent Bahüman is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join us as a Manager in Sewing for our Night Shift operations.
Key Responsibilities & Duties: As the Manager in Sewing, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our garment sewing production. Here are some of the key responsibilities and duties associated with this role:
- Achieve Production Targets: Your primary goal will be to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets in garments sewing, while meeting the high-quality standards set by our buyers.
- Optimize Capacity Utilization: Drive optimum capacity utilization by effectively managing manpower, machinery, and materials. Additionally, strive to achieve maximum waste reduction to enhance overall efficiency.
- Coordinate Across Teams: Foster seamless coordination with Operational Planning, Production Planning, Work in Progress (WIP), and Procurement teams to ensure the availability of materials for smooth production processes.
- Quality Compliance: Collaborate with Transition, CAD, Apparel Quality, and Washing teams to ensure compliance with product quality parameters, maintaining the highest standards in every aspect of the production process.
- Adherence to Standards: Ensure strict compliance with garment sewing production standards, as well as Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) regulations. Embrace diversity and inclusion principles on the designated production floor.
- Equipment Maintenance: Take charge of ensuring all equipment and machinery are in optimal working condition, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

Qualifications:
- BSc Textile Engineering: A solid educational background in textile engineering is essential for this role.
Work Experience:
- 10 to 12 Years: A decade or more of experience in Denim Garment Sewing Production is required.
- Managerial Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role, showcasing your leadership capabilities.
Skills:
- Leadership: Demonstrate strong leadership skills to guide and inspire your team.
- Problem Solving: Exhibit effective problem-solving abilities to address challenges that may arise during production.
- Analytical Skills: Utilize analytical skills to assess and improve production processes.
