Job Description: EBMBEECHTREE is currently seeking a dedicated and talented HR Officer to join our team in Lahore. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our human resources department. Responsibilities & Skills:
- Maintain and manage employee file records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in various HR functions and responsibilities, contributing to the overall efficiency of the department.
- Conduct recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting with the onboarding process.
- Prepare and handle documentation related to recruitment and orientation processes.
- Oversee employee clearance and resignation procedures, ensuring a smooth offboarding process.
- Proficiency in MS Excel to handle data, generate reports, and analyze HR metrics.
- Knowledge of basic HR procedures and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
Qualification:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior internship or experience in HR-related roles is a plus but not mandatory.
