Position: Assistant Production Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan daily production according to demand, ensuring timely dispatch while considering other factors affecting demand.
- Set and achieve weekly and monthly production targets, making necessary arrangements to meet goals.
- Ensure that production processes adhere to specified product recipes and quality standards.
- Provide support to the production manager in new product development and improvement programs.
- Conduct job training for supervisors, line leaders, and operators, meeting the basic needs and requirements of labor.
- Ensure compliance with workforce policies, personal hygiene standards, and plant sanitation policies within the department.
Requirements:
- M.Sc. (Hons.) in Food Technology or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in food production management.
- Basic knowledge of HACCP, GMP tools, FSSC 22000:2018 food safety program, QMS ISO 9001:2015 quality control program, OSHA standards and regulations, and Fair labor standards.
