Job Description: We are seeking a motivated HR Associate to join our team, with a focus on payroll and operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing employee records, bank account openings, payroll processing (including attendance tracking), and day-to-day HR operations and insurance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and maintain employee records.
  • Assist in the process of opening and maintaining bank accounts for employees.
  • Handle payroll processing, including attendance tracking and salary disbursement.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and insurance management.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: BBA/MBA in HR.
  • Experience: 6 months – 1 year in an HR department.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
