Position: Health & Safety Supervisor Location: Raiwind Based
Requirements: To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Education & Experience:
- Minimum Intermediate qualification.
- IOSH/NEBOSH and civil defense certification.
- 7-10 years of experience in a manufacturing setup.
- Knowledge:
- Complete knowledge of local laws pertaining to health and safety.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, and Coral Draw.
- Firefighting and First Aid skills.
- Strong communication skills.
Job Description: As a Health & Safety Supervisor at Neela Blue, you will play a crucial role in fostering a safe and healthy work environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Internal Audits and Risk Assessment: Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments in adherence to health and safety requirements.
- Equipment Handling and Inspections: Oversee the proper handling and inspection of health and safety equipment.
- Employee Training: Execute employee training programs related to health and safety.
- Accident Investigation and Record Keeping: Investigate accidents and injuries, maintaining comprehensive records.
- Emergency Response Leadership: Lead emergency response teams to ensure a swift and effective response.
- Work Permits Monitoring: Monitor and manage work permits to guarantee safety compliance.
- Safety Drills: Conduct regular safety drills to enhance preparedness.
- Health & Safety Protocols: Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols within the manufacturing plant.
