Role and Responsibilities
As the Group Head Engineering, you will be tasked with:
- Planning, designing, organizing, and executing end-to-end large-scale projects while adhering to scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
- Demonstrating proficiency in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues within plant machinery.
- Implementing strategies such as condition monitoring to minimize equipment downtime.
- Applying Lean, Six Sigma, or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies to optimize maintenance processes and equipment performance.
- Maintaining effective control over Opex budget while ensuring plant and equipment reliability and availability.
- Working on the stability and performance of the maintenance platform to meet defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Utilizing systems and applications for planning, scheduling, and analyzing maintenance activities efficiently.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Over 15 years of relevant experience in engineering roles, with a focus on project management and maintenance optimization.
- A Master’s degree with a major in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
