About Us: Beechtree is a leading fashion brand committed to providing innovative and stylish clothing for women and girls. We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Fashion Designer to join our team and contribute to the creation of new styles and trends for our Western Girls Wear category.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the research and development of new styles for the organization.
- Manage the design process from conception through to final styling.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and seek design inspiration.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of aesthetics and color coordination.
- Possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey design ideas.
- Be capable of working with multihead embroideries.
- Willingness to take on new challenges and tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably from Pakistan Institute of Fashion Design (PIFD).
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in designing kids’ wear.
