Position Overview: Graphic Designer/Illustrator
As a Graphic Designer/Illustrator at HR First, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization’s visual identity and communication strategy. From conceptualizing digital and print images to crafting intricate illustrations for technical manuals, your work will leave a lasting impression and contribute to our mission of driving positive change.
Responsibilities Include:
- Creation and production of digital and print images and layouts that resonate with our audience and convey our message effectively.
- Transforming strategic briefs into creative concepts that align with our organization’s goals and values.
- Collaborating closely with the team to develop digital logos and layouts that reflect our brand identity and vision.
- Crafting illustrations for technical and instructional manuals that enhance understanding and engagement.
Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Design or equivalent, providing a solid foundation in design principles and techniques.
- Demonstrated experience in graphic design and illustration, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools, enabling you to bring your creative ideas to life with precision and finesse.
