Position: Head Consumer Analytics (Consumer Credit)
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum Graduation, preferably a Master’s degree in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution.
Required Experience:
We are seeking candidates with 8 to 10 years of experience in consumer banking, with at least 3 years in a Supervisory/Managerial role.
Main Responsibilities:
As the Head Consumer Analytics (Consumer Credit), your responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of a comprehensive consumer MIS package consisting of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual MIS deliverables.
- Monitoring and analyzing the periodic performance of different areas like Sales, Credit Initiation, and Collections.
- Providing portfolio and segment performance insight by cross-tab analysis (Auto/Housing/Personal Finance).
- Developing vintage MIS and benchmarks for each segment in consumer banking.
- Supporting Risk Manager in decision-making by critical data analysis backed by facts & figures.
- Handling NPL and provisioning-related matters.
- Understanding of Obligor Risk Rating/Behavioral Risk Rating Module and Consumer KRIS.
- Understanding of Consumer Finance Products (Auto, Housing & Personal Finance).
- Understanding of data reported in eCIB.
- Well-versed with Consumer Prudential Regulations/Consumer Credit Policies/Product Programs.
- Knowledge/Understanding of Consumer LOS.
- Familiarity with the collection function and relevant MIS used in collections.
Core Competencies:
Candidates should possess the following core competencies:
- Full command/advanced level of expertise in MS Office including Excel/MS Access/PowerPoint/Word, etc.
- Preference for knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and Python.
- Understanding of Consumer Operations/System Functionalities.
