Position Overview:
As a Team Leader – Voice at JS Bank, you will be at the forefront of our customer service operations, leading a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of banking professionals to meet performance targets and deliver outstanding service to customers.

Requirements:

- Qualification: Candidates must hold a graduate degree from an HEC recognized university, with a focus on business, finance, or related fields.
