Outfitters Stores, a leading retail brand, is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Inventory. As an Executive Inventory, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, conducting stock audits, and ensuring efficient stock management processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records for all stock items.
  • Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
  • Analyze inventory levels and prepare reports on stock availability and shortages.
  • Monitor stock movement and identify slow-moving or obsolete items.
  • Coordinate with store managers to ensure proper stock allocation and distribution.
  • Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize stock losses and improve accuracy.
  • Conduct regular stock reconciliation to ensure physical stock matches with the system records.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to forecast demand and plan stock replenishment accordingly.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of inventory management systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize stock turnover and minimize stockouts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to stock management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in inventory management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in stock management.
  • Proficient in using inventory management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Prior experience or internships in inventory management or supply chain is preferred but not required.
