We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as Manager/DM HR (Legal Affairs) to ensure legal compliance and uphold our commitment to ethical and legal HR practices.

Position Overview: As the Manager/DM HR (Legal Affairs) at Sadaqat Limited, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our HR practices align with labor laws, regulations, and legal requirements. Your responsibilities will include legal compliance audits, drafting and reviewing legal documents, handling disputes, and providing legal guidance to our HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure company compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and legal requirements.
  2. Conduct audits to assess HR practices for legal compliance and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
  3. Create and update HR policies and procedures to align with legal standards.
  4. Handle legal issues related to employee disputes, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  5. Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, non-compete agreements, and other legal documents.
  6. Oversee or collaborate with external counsel on employment-related lawsuits and legal matters.
  7. Provide legal training to HR staff, ensuring correct application of labor laws.
  8. Ensure accurate and secure documentation of employee records, contracts, and legal correspondence.
  9. Address legal issues related to data privacy and data protection laws.
  10. Facilitate mediation or arbitration processes to resolve disputes before they escalate to litigation.
  11. Stay up-to-date with labor laws and employment regulations, advising HR and management on legal implications.

Core Expertise:

  1. Conduct or supervise investigations into workplace misconduct, harassment, discrimination, or other legal violations.
  2. Communicate legal changes and updates to HR and management teams, ensuring company-wide understanding and compliance.
  3. Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Qualifications:

  • MBA/LLM/LLB (Labor Laws)

Experience:

  • Manager: 8-10 years
  • Deputy Manager: 8-10 years
