As the General Manager – QA, you will be responsible for the effective implementation of the hospital-wide quality management system. You will oversee all QA functions, including process improvement, incident investigations, and compliance with regulatory standards. This leadership role requires you to manage a team, collaborate with cross-departmental leadership, and ensure that all hospital operations meet ISO, JCI, and other accreditation standards.

🎓 Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Academic Qualifications:
  • MBBS, MBA, or a Quality Assurance-related certification and relevant courses.
• Professional Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Work Experience:
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

• Developing and implementing new quality-related processes, procedures, and programs to ensure quality, safety, and risk management systems are in place across the hospital.

• Managing corrective action requests from internal and external audits, and ensuring their timely closure according to hospital and regulatory standards.
