Job Description: As an Executive Maintenance Engineer (Electrical), you will be at the forefront of ensuring the integrity and functionality of electrical systems critical to aviation operations. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and enhance system reliability.
- Responding promptly to electrical emergencies and effectively resolving issues to minimize operational disruptions.
- Evaluating the performance of electrical equipment and recommending upgrades or replacements when necessary.
- Documenting maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and upgrades, to maintain comprehensive records.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems, preferably in an aviation or industrial setting.
- Sound knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting electrical issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and respond to emergencies as needed.
