Requirements:
- Experience: 12 to 20 years of relevant experience in the field.
- Education: B.Sc. in Textile/Chemical Engineering or Masters in a related discipline.
Job Overview: As the Senior Manager in Laundry & Garments Dry Process, you will be at the helm of ensuring seamless production operations in both washing and dry process shifts. This role places a strong emphasis on meticulous follow-up, reducing non-productive resource usage, and making decisive administrative decisions to effectively manage and maintain discipline within the laundry operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Seamless Production Operations: Oversee and optimize the washing and dry process shifts to ensure efficient and seamless production operations.
- Resource Utilization: Implement strategies to reduce non-productive resource usage, ensuring optimal efficiency.
- Administrative Decision-Making: Make decisive administrative decisions to effectively manage and maintain discipline within the laundry operations.
- Quality Assurance: Work towards maintaining high-quality standards in laundry and garment dry processes.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- 12 to 20 years of relevant experience in laundry and garment dry processes.
