Job Responsibilities & Skills:

As a Merchandiser at Beechtree, you will play a pivotal role in product development, sourcing, and vendor management. Your responsibilities will include:

• Proficiency in product costing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in pricing strategies.
• Knowledge and experience in product development and sampling processes, contributing to the creation of innovative and marketable designs.
• Familiarity with retail accessories and a strong network of contacts with vendors in the local market.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively follow up on tasks and deadlines.
• Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure the best quality products at competitive prices.
• Conducting market research and networking to stay informed about industry trends and consumer preferences.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Minimum graduation from a recognized institution.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the retail sector, with a focus on merchandising and product management.
