Position: Accounts Officer
Requirements:
- ACCA or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
Overall Responsibilities:
As an Accounts Officer at Engro Fertilizers Ltd, your key responsibilities include:
- Conducting periodic reviews and adjustment entries for transaction accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Updating Bank Guarantees in SAP in accordance with regional requirements, including managing changes in products and amount transfers.
- Maintaining a log of cash receipts generated by Treasury against Bank Guarantee collections in the clearing account, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Performing credit adjustments in dealer accounts for approved Deferred Marketing Allowances (DMA) claims, facilitating smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
- Generating reports periodically and circulating them to all concerned parties, providing valuable insights and information for decision-making.
- Assisting various interfaces related to Sales Accounting, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency.
- Coordinating effectively with both internal and external auditors to facilitate audit processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
